A Solar Powered Charger is a device that will let you charge another electronic device by using the suns energy. They are usually handheld, portable devices that fold up and easily fit into your pocket or bag.

You should not be concerned about solar charger efficiency as they are getting more and more powerful and as they get more mainstream more money is being invested into the research of them.
